Finding child care is a daunting process for many reasons. First, most daycare centers have long waiting lists and putting your name on a list doesn’t guarantee placement. Second, due to high turnover rates, your child does not benefit from a sense of security or a consistent environment that children desire. Third, you are not in control of your child’s health: the center or residence your child visits may not follow reliable cleaning rituals, which can lead to a higher incidence of illness. Finally, your child may not receive extra TLC due to large classroom sizes.

We also offer unique placements for families on the go. If you are traveling to Giants Ridge or Lutsen, Ixtapa or The Bahamas, we can assist you with temporary care.  In town on business?  We can provide you with a nanny who can assist you during your stay.  We have what you need: excellent in-home childcare! 

We offer a detailed pre-screening process, including drug testing, personality inventory, and DMV checks.  We will be there with you every step of the way.

At Loretta Mae Nannies, we will not only assist you in finding full-time, part-time or unique placements in the childcare field, you will also be placed in safe, secure homes. Loretta Mae Nannies will provide you with limitless possibilities.

It is not always easy to find work in the childcare field. Daycares are only open during certain hours and only during weekdays. You will find the freedom of structuring your day around an individual child instead of a group of children like you would find if you were working in a large group setting.
